To support meritorious students from economically weaker sections, various central and state governments have launched fully funded free coaching programs for civil services, SSC, and engineering entrance exams in 2026.
1. Naya Savera Scheme (Central Govt)
Operated by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, this program sponsors coaching fees for students belonging to minority communities. Over 150 empanelled coaching institutes participate nationwide.
2. Mukhyamantri Abhyuday Yojana (Uttar Pradesh)
The UP government provides free guidance, mock tests, and physical/virtual classrooms for civil services and SSC exams. Sessions are conducted by active IAS, IPS, and state service officers.
3. Delhi Free Coaching Scheme (Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Yojana)
Financial assistance of up to Rs 1.2 Lakh is provided to SC, ST, OBC, and EWS students to enroll in top-tier private institutes for exam preparation, along with a monthly stipend of Rs 2,500.
